1. איסוף עצמי מסטודיו בילונגינג: דרך הראשונים, כפר ויתקין. א- ה 10-17 שישי 10-14 בוויז: בילונגינג.
2. משלוח עד הבית: משלוחים לכל הארץ (מדן ועד אילת) בעת בחירה ב-“משלוח עד הבית” תתואם ההגעה לכתובת שהזנת בהרשמה בעת הרכישה. השליחים שלנו עובדים בשעות היום בין 09:00-18:00 ומתאמים בשיחה או הודעה מקדימה את מועד הגעתם. אנו ממליצים בשלב ההזמנה לציין את הכתובת למשלוח בה אתם זמינים (או נמען המשלוח שבחרתם) במהלך שעות היום. אם פספסתם שיחה מהשליח הוא ינסה לתאם אתכם את המשלוח ביום שלמחרת.

המשלוח יגיע ליעדו תוך חמישה ימי עסקים. הספירה היא מיום העסקים שלמחרת ביצוע ההזמנה והתשלום.

ניתן להחזיר מוצר אשר נרכש באתר ובלבד שלא נעשה בו כל שימוש, המוצר לא נפגם כתוצאה משימוש, לא נעשה במוצר כל תיקון והמוצר הוחזר בקופסא המקורית ובצירוף התווית המקורית והצגת חשבונית הקבלה שהגיעה עם החבילה (באם נשלחה החבילה לנמען אחר שהוא לא הרוכש אזי תוצג החשבונית על ידי הרוכש) סטודיו Be Longing הוא בעל שיקול הדעת הבלעדי בעניין מצב תקינות המוצרים שהוחזרו.

2. לביטול העיסקה והחזרת המוצר-
נא לפנות ישירות לסטודיו בטלפון: 054-2188393 או במייל studio@belonging.co.il כדי לתאם את דרך ההחזרה הנוחה לכם. אם אתם מעוניינים להחזיר המוצר ולקבל תמורתו זיכוי כספי לרכישה עתידית אפשרי גם כן (הזיכוי יהיה בניכוי דמי המשלוח).

3. אופן ההחזרה של הפריט- ניתן להחזיר לסטודיו (דרך הראשונים, כפר ויתקין בוויז: בילונגינג) או לבחור להחזיר עם שליח. עלות השליחות חזרה לסטודיו Door to Door היא 35 ש״ח.

#הבהרה:
במקרה של ביטול, יחזיר סטודיו בילונגינג בתוך 30 ימים מיום קבלת הפריט בחזרה והודעה בכתב על הביטול, את אותו חלק ממחיר העסקה ששולם בניכוי דמי המשלוח לנמען. סטודיו בילונגינג יבטל את החיוב בשל העסקה ולא יגבה תשלום ממבצע הפעולה למעט דמי המשלוח כמפורט לעיל ולמעט דמי ביטול בשיעור שלא יעלה על 5% ממחיר המוצר, או 100 ש״ח לפי הנמוך מביניהם. אנא צרפו למוצר את פרטי ההזמנה ומספר טלפון ליצירת קשר ואת פרטי כרטיס האשראי אשר חויב בעסקה. הזיכוי יבוצע באותם תנאים בהם העסקה חויבה (אם שולם בתשלומים, הזיכוי יהיה גם הוא בתשלומים).

1. איסוף עצמי מסטודיו בילונגינג: דרך הראשונים, כפר ויתקין. א- ה 10-17 שישי 10-14 בוויז: בילונגינג.
2. משלוח עד הבית: משלוחים לכל הארץ (מדן ועד אילת) בעת בחירה ב-“משלוח עד הבית” תתואם ההגעה לכתובת שהזנת בהרשמה בעת הרכישה. השליחים שלנו עובדים בשעות היום בין 09:00-18:00 ומתאמים בשיחה או הודעה מקדימה את מועד הגעתם. אנו ממליצים בשלב ההזמנה לציין את הכתובת למשלוח בה אתם זמינים (או נמען המשלוח שבחרתם) במהלך שעות היום. אם פספסתם שיחה מהשליח הוא ינסה לתאם אתכם את המשלוח ביום שלמחרת.

המשלוח יגיע ליעדו תוך חמישה ימי עסקים. הספירה היא מיום העסקים שלמחרת ביצוע ההזמנה והתשלום.

ברכישה בסכום הגבוה מ- 400 ש”ח – יינתן שירות המשלוח ללא עלות. בסכום קנייה הנמוך מ- 400 ש”ח, עלות דמי המשלוח, לכל חלקי הארץ, הינם 35 ש”ח.

יום עסקים הינו כל יום, למעט – יום שבת, יום שישי, ימי שבתון, ערבי חג, חגים ומועדים (ראש השנה, יום הכיפורים, סוכות, פסח, שבועות, פורים, יום העצמאות ותשעה באב).
